LAUNCH OF A TRIAL AGAINST “HAMID NOURI” FOR COMPLICITY IN CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN IRAN
One of the largest international criminal cases in Sweden’s legal history to date will begin to take place in Stockholm. This trial will begin against HAMID NOURI due to his involvement in the “crimes against humanity” through thousands of mass executions of political prisoners in Iran.
According to available information, about a hundred eyewitnesses and ten thousand preliminary investigative documents will occur on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, in a criminal court in Stockholm, Sweden, and it will run until April 2022.
From 1986 to 1988, Hamid Nouri served as a prison guard, a member of the “Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps / IRGC”, and then as an assistant prosecutor in the Gohar Dasht Prison in Karaj, west of Tehran.
Hamid Nouri, born in 1961, is accused of, among other things: 1-direct participation in physical-mental torture against the conscience and political prisoners, 2-organization of the massacre in prison, 3-had helped to the burial of the executed bodies in secret mass graves, without to leave them to their families, intentionally. One of the discovered mass graves is located in “Khavaran,” southeast of the capital Tehran.
Hamid Nouri served at the time, under the leadership of former Deputy Judiciary and the current “President of the Massacre,” Ebrahim Raisi, in the Shia Islamic State in Iran.
Ibrahim Ra’isi, as one of the most influential members of the “Death Committee,” formed by Ayatollah Khomeini’s written order to carry out the fascist massacre of thousands of different dissidents from children to adults, in prisons across the country.
On Saturday, November 9, 2019, Hamid Nouri was arrested at Arlanda International Airport north of Stockholm and has been in custody ever since.
