Some members of the Anarchist Union of Afghanistan & Iran together with other anarchists participated in a demonstration on November 12, 2022, which had been organized by the Rojava comrades in Düsseldorf, Germany, to condemn and protest the fascist Turkish state due to the use of chemical weapons against the people of Kurdistan in northern Syria. With this action, we wanted to emphasize once again the importance of international solidarity and our common struggle.

The comrades carried anti-authoritarian flags of anarcho-syndicalism, anarcho-feminism and anarchism together with the pictures of the martyrs of the Rojava revolution. And in this way showed their political stance in the same way that had shown from the beginning of the uprising of the Kurdish people against the “Islamic State / ISIS” and the ruling fascist Turkish state, in which the voluntary internationalists had also participated. They firmly emphasized which side of history they stand on.
