Against Fascism and Anti-Afghan Discrimination
United Online and In The Real World
One can no longer speak of the danger of fascism in Iran as a hypothetical threat. We are now witnessing the most terrible and violent deeds against the most defenseless individuals who are denied even the most basic rights in Iran: Immigrants from Afghanistan!
It is no longer a matter of warning about the rise of the fascist movement. This fascist movement has state support from the Islamic Republic regime and a social base within the so-called opposition (mostly right-wing monarchists). We are past the point of warning about the rise of fascism; now is the time to fight back against it.
A multitude of small groups must be organized to strengthen the anti-fascist movement in response to fascism’s brutal and violent forces. Small but numerous groups can take on a diversity of functions and tactics. We are striving to strengthen the anti-fascist movement, and we have initiated this by creating a Twitter campaign in opposition to the fascists’ campaign.
Hashtag for this campaign: #EndFascismInIran
