   The reactionary military conflict between the authoritarian regime of Iran and Israel must be unequivocally condemned!

   War between all states is a continuation of politics, but by other means. And its primary victims have always been — and will continue to be — the working people. Therefore, the reactionary military conflict between the authoritarian regime of Iran and Israel must be unequivocally condemned by all freedom-minded and equality-seeking individuals around the world.
   In the early hours of June 13, 2025, Israel launched a series of extensive aerial and sabotage attacks on more than 100 targets across multiple Iranian cities, including nuclear facilities and military infrastructure in Tehran, Natanz (a city in Isfahan Province), and other locations. The operation was named "Operation Rising Lion".
   This campaign marked the largest direct action by Israel to date against the ruling Islamic-Shiite state in Iran, combining airstrikes, sabotage, and the targeted assassination of nuclear scientists. The objective was to eliminate key personnel and weaken the Iranian regime’s capacity to accelerate its nuclear and military programs.
   The assault also targeted Iran's top military and scientific leadership. Among the casualties were Hossein Salami, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Mohammad Bagheri, a senior military commander, and several prominent nuclear physicists.
   The IRGC, a fascistic branch separate from Iran’s regular army, plays a major role in the country’s economic and political power structure and operates directly under the command of the dictator, Ali Khamenei.
   In retaliation, Iran’s military launched a massive counterattack, firing over 150 ballistic missiles and deploying 100 drones against targets in Israel.
   Although the outcome of this war remains uncertain, Israel has announced that the operation may continue for up to two weeks — a development that could significantly heighten the risk of further regional escalation.
